Keep your spirits up through the Lockdown
While most of us have very little or no social interaction, at times it can get really frustrating. To add to it, we now have to attend zoom meetings and look excited about them and actually work harder than before. And let’s not forget those who have kids, you have to add homeschooling to this as well! Everything can just become overwhelming at times.
So here at HouR Consulting, we just wanted to share a few ideas that have helped us and our team members get through this trying time, and we hope it can be helpful to you too!

They actually have a section – “Weathering the Storm” which includes content unlocked during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Available on ios and Android. Download HeadSpace
