The HouR Impact Program was built from a business model that helps us achieve our purpose of offering social value to communities we live and work in. We based our model on – with every engagement we make with a candidate, client or employer, we give back a portion of our net profit to communities.
Aside from contributing financially, we offer pro bono services and create opportunities for our candidates and employers to volunteer and fundraise to support our community partners. We strongly believe that conducting our business with a focus on social development is in the betterment of our surrounding communities and environment.
Our goal is to continually grow the HouR Impact Program alongside our business,with the support of our clients, job seekers and partners. We strive to inspire others and be the change we want to see in the recruiting and human resources industry.

What’s Important to Us
Empowering women is one of the key factors that lead to a positive change and betterment in communities. Founded by two women, we realize that women still face hurdles at their workplace. Our support lies with those organisations and initiatives which improve a woman’s place in communities by providing them with the foundation and resources they need to make a better life for themselves, their families and societies at large.
Education is a core factor in building communities. There is a direct correlation between education and helping people create communities they want. Knowledge can lead to better personal lives, careers and, hence, societies. Education can come in many ways and forms, such as early learning, adult education and educational support, to mention a few.
Undoubtedly, children are the future of communities. We work with organisations which provide children with an opportunity to grow up in a safe and caring environment. Building a foundation early on resonates with these community partners. Happy and healthy children, lead to happy and healthy communities.
Culture and the arts make a valuable contribution to our communities locally and globally. We support organisations and events which create a gateway for people from different communities to come together with the same passion. We believe this leads to more awareness and collaborations between communities. Our program focuses on cultural institutions which support developing careers for talented people in communities.
How it works
Under the HouR Impact Program, we donate a portion of our net profits to the community every time we work on any type of engagement. For instance, each HR management contract we complete, we succeed in making HIP work. This creates a domino effect – as HouR engagements increase, our contributions to communities increase too.
Every time we engage with a client, job seeker or team member, we create a direct impact on the community. We don’t stop at only contributing financially but also volunteer our time and resources to support their current needs.
