  2. What happens after I submit my resume?
    Once you submit your resume, our recruitment team will review it to see how your skills and experience align with the roles we are currently sourcing for. If there’s a potential match, one of our recruiters will contact you to schedule an initial conversation. If there isn’t an immediate fit, we will keep your resume in our secure database for future opportunities that align with your profile.
  3. Will I work with one dedicated recruiter or multiple people?
    You will be paired with one dedicated recruiter who will be your primary point of contact. This person will guide you through the entire process, from the initial screening to offer negotiation. They are your advocate and partner, committed to understanding your career aspirations and helping you achieve them.
  4. How long does the placement process typically take?
    The timeline for placement can vary significantly based on the industry, role complexity, and our clients’ specific hiring processes. Some processes move very quickly, within a week or two, while others may take several weeks or longer. Your recruiter will always keep you informed of the status and expected timelines for any role you are being considered for.
