The entire process, from initial consultation to the candidate’s start date, often takes between four to eight weeks. We pride ourselves on efficiency and will always keep you updated on our progress. - What is the cost structure for your recruitment services? We operate primarily on a contingency basis, which means you only pay a fee if you hire a candidate we present. Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. For certain specialized or executive-level searches, we may propose a retained search model. Additionally, we offer specialized service fees and special pricing packages based on the nature of our ongoing relationship or if you require additional, bespoke services. We are transparent about our pricing and will discuss the best structure for your needs during our initial consultation.
