Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Development and Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to position the company as a leading provider of technology solutions for financial institutions, including banks and insurance firms.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the financial services sector, expanding market presence and driving growth.

Business Development & Technology Consulting:

  • Lead efforts to market the company’s technology consulting services, ranging from project staffing to full end-to-end project delivery for financial institutions.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in the financial and insurance sectors.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, ensuring services meet the evolving needs of financial services, especially in system integration, digital transformation, and data management.

Client Engagement and Project Transition:

  • Present customized technology solutions to financial services clients, clearly articulating how the company’s offerings will address their challenges and meet their objectives.
  • Once deals are secured, collaborate closely with internal teams, handing over the project for seamless onboarding, resource allocation, and project execution.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, project success, and retention.

Sales Leadership:

  • Partner closely with business development and strategy teams to drive revenue growth, foster a collaborative culture, and continually improve service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in selling technology services to financial institutions, with a successful track record in managing client relationships and business development within the banking, insurance, and financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, including system integration, digital transformation, software development, and project management, particularly within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess client needs, craft tailored solutions, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic thinker with a robust network in the financial services industry and a talent for identifying and capturing new market opportunities.
