Our client, a Canadian-owned, Toronto-based technology consulting firm is seeking a Director, Enterprise Solutions to drive growth across their enterprise advisory practice. This is technology consulting in the truest sense: you’ll help clients assess their current state, develop transformation roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end solutions that create lasting impact.

Your Role
As Director, Enterprise Solutions, you’ll own business development for the enterprise consulting practice. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with the technical team to assess client needs, shape solutions, and deliver proposals that win.
You’re not handing off leads; you’re partnering with delivery from the first conversation through implementation. Think trusted advisor, not transactional seller.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition

Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across financial services, insurance, energy, and other sectors

Lead consultative sales conversations with C-suite and senior technology leaders
-
Leverage your network to open doors and generate new business

Partner with technical teams to assess client environments and develop tailored solutions

Translate client challenges into compelling proposals with clear business outcomes
Solution Development & Advisory

Participate in discovery sessions, technology assessments, and solution design workshops
-
Position the firm’s capabilities as strategic solutions for digital transformation and platform modernization

Work hand-in-hand with delivery to ensure proposed solutions are executable and aligned to client needs
Strategic Growth & Leadership
-
Contribute to go-to-market strategy and practice development
-
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
-
Help shape the enterprise solutions offering as the practice scales

Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives
What You Bring
-
Proven track record selling technology consulting and enterprise transformation solutions
-
Strong network and credibility with enterprise leaders : particularly in financial services, insurance, and/or energy
-
Experience with consultative, solution-based selling : not transactional or staff-aug sales

Familiarity with enterprise engagements: technology assessments, system integration, platform modernization, advisory consulting

Ability to partner with technical teams to shape and present solutions

Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset excited to build, not just execute

Outstanding communication and executive presence

Understanding of how AI and automation are transforming enterprise operations
