Your Role
As Director of Growth & New Business, you’ll be a key driver of growth: not just closing deals, but building the relationships and reputation that fuel long-term success. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll:

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Own and drive the full sales cycle from relationship building to signed contracts

Identify and target clients across key sectors: nonprofit, pharma, startups, and digital-first SMBs
Strategic Growth & Brand Building

Collaborate with leadership on business strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Provide market insights and client feedback to shape service offerings and messaging

Help build the company’s brand and reputation in the market
Client Engagement & Advisory

Build lasting, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers

Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate their digital transformation
