About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Revenue professional to join our team. In this role, you will support, implement, and enhance the Zuora Revenue (RevPro) platform, working closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition.

You will help drive automation and efficiency across the quote-to-revenue cycle, playing a critical part in month-end close processes and financial reporting operations. Depending on your experience level, you may also lead implementation projects and provide solution architecture guidance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on RevPro experience and a solid understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15, looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the configuration, operations, and ongoing support of Zuora Revenue (RevPro), including revenue policies, contracts, schedules, and rules.

• Work with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition aligned with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes including reconciliations, reports, and audit documentation.

• Partner with IT and Operations teams on system integrations (e.g., Zuora Billing, ERP systems, CRM).

• Troubleshoot data and system issues, providing hands-on support to end users.

• Contribute to testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements or upgrades.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements in the revenue cycle.

• For senior roles: Lead RevPro implementation projects, provide solution architecture guidance, and mentor junior team members.

What You Bring

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue / RevPro, including configuration, data workflows, and support.

• Strong understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and its application to subscription-based or SaaS businesses.

• Experience with month-end close activities, revenue reconciliation, and audit support.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and system integrations.

• Solid SQL skills for data queries and backend analysis.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance, IT, and Operations stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Zuora certifications (Zuora Revenue Analyst, Zuora Revenue Accountant, Zuora Billing Administrator).

• Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ, or Salesforce CPQ.

• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, Zuora Workflows, and API Loader.

• Experience in subscription-based industries (SaaS, utilities, home services).

• Background in implementation or consulting roles with client-facing responsibilities.

• Exposure to fair value analysis (BESP/VSOE), SSP/RSSP allocation, contract modifications.
