Our client , a full service Diglat Marketing Agency is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 4 years of relevant experience to drive new business opportunities and expand their presence in key markets.
This role is crucial in developing and executing strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in Kolkata and surrounding areas
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.

Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement effective business development strategies.
- Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with company objectives.

Client Engagement
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital on client pitches and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the company’s solutions.
- Work with the client services manager to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Market Insights
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.

Marketing Initiatives
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns that support new business acquisition.
- Oversee both digital and offline marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Performance Reporting
- Track business development performance and provide detailed insights to senior management.
- Prepare reports on market trends, client feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic marketing, with a strong focus on client acquisition.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering successful client pitches.
- Strong understanding of the Kolkata market
- Experience in offering cleints with Digital Marketing Solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with larger clients or similar high-profile accounts.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Social Media Marketing).
- Proficiency in data analytics and CRM tools.
