As part of their growth journey, they are looking for an experienced Head of Client Servicing to lead client relationships and agency operations from their Kolkata office.

This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for a digitally savvy, client-focused professional who has successfully managed both strategy and teams within a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate brings strong digital marketing acumen, proven experience in team management, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term partnerships.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with internal teams to drive results.

• Digital Strategy & Pitching

  • Develop and present high-level digital strategies aligned with client goals and market opportunities.

  • Lead pitch presentations with confidence and clarity, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value.

• Team & Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Ensure delivery excellence through timeline, quality, and scope management.

• Culture & Mentorship

  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

  • Mentor and support team members, helping them grow professionally and stay aligned with industry trends.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, creative, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and excellence across all deliverables.

  • Support the team in translating client pain points into actionable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in client servicing, with a strong background in digital marketing and agency operations

• Proven leadership experience, managing teams and handling high-value client accounts

• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and overall digital strategy

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a solution-driven mindset

• Experience in the Kolkata market is a plus

  This is a full time position with the team, the role is located in Salt Lake Sector V.
