About The Job

We are looking for a Head of Digital with a strong background in digital strategy, project management, and client relations to lead their digital initiatives and drive successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development

Develop and implement high-level digital strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, competitive landscape, and audience.

Work closely with sales and account teams to gather input and insights for developing impactful pitch strategies.
Client Pitching and Presentations

Create and present digital strategies to clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and proposed impact.

Persuasively pitch strategies, addressing client-specific needs, and establishing trust through clear and confident communication.
Project Management

Lead project execution by ensuring the team’s designers, developers, and marketers meet project requirements and timelines.

Manage project timelines and resources, coordinating closely with the team to deliver quality outputs aligned with the client’s goals.
Work Culture Promotion and Reinforcement

Act as a culture ambassador, promoting an environment of collaboration, innovation, and client focus within the agency.

Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them stay motivated and at the forefront of industry trends.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

Collaborate with the sales, creative, and client services teams to ensure cohesive project execution and client satisfaction.

Support the team in identifying and addressing customer pain points, delivering solutions that align with customer needs and agency strengths.
Client and Stakeholder Management

Develop and nurture client relationships to support long-term partnerships and retention.

Actively listen to client concerns, adapting strategies as needed to exceed expectations and drive value.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital strategy creation and project management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with strong pitching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and data-driven digital marketing practices.

Ability to manage and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on client projects and timelines.

Experience in or familiarity with the Kolkata market is a plus.
