Join the India-based technology team to build, launch, and maintain public-facing websites using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub. You will help replace legacy systems, collaborate with global design and product teams, and deliver scalable, accessible, and high-performance web experiences.

This role focuses on HubSpot CMS development, JavaScript, WordPress, and PHP, with hands-on experience building responsive, user-friendly websites. Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG) is a plus and training will be provided where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive HubSpot CMS sites, templates, and custom modules using HubL.

• Build and maintain WordPress sites, including themes, plugins, and PHP-based customizations.

• Configure HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, email campaigns, and analytics integrations.

• Ensure accessibility best practices are followed (AODA/WCAG 2.0 Level AA preferred).

• Integrate HubSpot with GA4, GTM, and Ads platforms for accurate tracking and reporting.

• Collaborate with design, UX, and North American teams to deliver high-quality websites.

Required Skills

• 3 years of hands-on HubSpot CMS Marketing Hub development.

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, PHP, and WordPress skills.

• Experience with Marketing automation, analytics setup, and REST API integration.

• Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• HubSpot certifications (CMS Developer, Marketing Hub).

• Experience with AODA/WCAG accessibility compliance.

• Agile project experience & familiarity with AI coding tools.
