Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Developer to join our client’s team. This role is suited for an intermediate-level developer with at least 4 years of experience working on Salesforce platforms. The position requires customizing and enhancing an existing Salesforce platform to align with current business needs. The developer will work closely with global project managers in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an intermediate salesforce developer for our client’s global projects specializing in the Salesforce ecosystem; they cater to a wide range of sectors, including finance, insurance, and corporate services, enabling digital transformation and efficiency across various platforms. With a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, the salesforce project team continually adapts and enhances their Salesforce capabilities to meet current market demands.

Role Overview

As the Salesforce platform grows, you will be responsible for implementing modifications and ensuring the system is efficient and scalable for future needs.

Responsibilities include

Salesforce Customization: Modify, develop, and configure the platform according to evolving business requirements.

Platform Evolution: Work on the existing Salesforce system to implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Collaboration: Report directly to Global Project Managers and collaborate with various teams to ensure the platform meets global project objectives.

System Integration: Integrate third-party tools and solutions within the Salesforce environment.

Flexibility: Adapt to dynamic work schedules to meet project deadlines and business demands.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

Certification: Current Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).

Education: Relevant educational background.

Custom Development: Experience in custom development on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

APIs and Integrations: Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.

Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours as per global project demands.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with global project teams and stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Languages: Proficiency in Salesforce-specific languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

Database: Experience with SOQL and Salesforce databases.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Third-Party Tools: Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms via APIs.
