They are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Copywriter to join their dynamic team, with an exciting opportunity to grow quickly into a lead role based on performance and contributions.
In this role, you will lead creative copy initiatives, working closely with clients and internal teams to develop compelling content across multiple projects and channels. As an independent contributor, you will be responsible for crafting and refining copy that resonates with audiences, meets project goals, and aligns with brand strategies all while juggling priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership

Be responsible for assigned copywriting projects, ensuring all written content aligns with client goals, brand voice, and target audience expectations.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive creative campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends, marketing techniques, and audience behavior to incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.
Copywriting & Content Creation

Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for various formats, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, blogs, and more.

Develop creative concepts, taglines, and scripts for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.

Adapt tone, style, and messaging to meet the unique needs of diverse clients and industries.

Work with internal teams in determining creative digital marketing strategies.

Develop campaign copy for both paid and organic digital marketing initiatives, including social media, blogs, articles, and video scripts.

Collaborate with the Art Director and performance marketing team on relevant strategy implementation.

Work with vendors, as needed, on video marketing projects.

Collaborate closely with content writers for specific projects and campaigns.
Client Collaboration

Work directly with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and feedback, ensuring all deliverables exceed expectations.

Present and articulate creative concepts and copy strategies to clients confidently and professionally.
Project Management

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Coordinate with team members including the client servicing team and creative team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on project deliverables.

Manage revisions efficiently, addressing client and internal feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
Quality Assurance

Maintain high standards for accuracy, grammar, and style across all deliverables.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and marketing objectives.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.

Skill Set: Proven ability to write and edit a variety of content, with a strong command of grammar, style, and tone.

Creativity: Demonstrated expertise in developing creative concepts and impactful copy that drives engagement and conversions.

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients, incorporating diverse feedback into polished deliverables.

Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Independence: Comfortable working as an independent contributor with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively within a team setting.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, relevant editing software, and basic SEO principles.
Preferred Qualifications
