Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the successful delivery of software projects across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. This role involves managing global client relationships, directing cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), and ensuring on-time, budget-aligned, high-quality delivery. Experience with AI integration and data-driven initiatives is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities

Client & Delivery Management

  • Act as the primary technical contact for global client engagements

  • Oversee project scope, delivery milestones, and expectations per the SOW

  • Manage project planning, budgeting, and successful execution

  • Drive client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical or strategic blockers

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with international clients

  • Lead feedback cycles, check-ins, and satisfaction tracking

  • Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage software engineers, team leads, and architects

  • Conduct performance reviews and career development plans

  • Support hiring and onboarding based on project needs

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end SDLC execution

  • Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices enforcement

  • Align technical solutions with current and future client needs

Global Collaboration

  • Work across time zones with internal and client teams

  • Attend scheduled evening meetings with global stakeholders as needed


Required Qualifications

  • 8 years in software engineering

  • 4 years in a managerial or client-facing leadership role

  • Strong track record of managing delivery across distributed teams

  • Experience with global clients across varied sectors

  • Solid foundation in SDLC, web/mobile development, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale software projects

  • Skilled in resource planning, team growth, and cost-effective project management

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing distributed remote teams

  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable architecture

  • Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or AI-driven initiatives

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

  • Proficiency with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
