They are looking for a Senior .net developer / lead to join their team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in backend development and full SDLC understanding to join our client’s team. This role involves working with older .NET versions like 4.5 and leading the development of scalable solutions. If you have a passion for problem-solving, and mentoring junior developers, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
– Backend Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend systems and APIs using .NET 4.5 framework
– Mentorship & Leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers (React) , back end developers (.net) and project managers, to define, design, and deliver new features.
– Problem-Solving: Debug and resolve software defects to ensure smooth project delivery.
– Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
– End-to-End Development: Lead the development lifecycle from planning and design through to deployment, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
– Cloud Platforms: Utilize cloud platforms to enhance the scalability and security of applications (experience with any cloud platform is a plus).
– Front end experience with React is a bonus
Experience and Qualifications
– Experience: 5 years of proven experience in backend development with .NET Framework (4.5 )
– SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working through all stages from requirements gathering to deployment.
– Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in .NET technologies, C , and software development principles.
– Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers.
– Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms for application hosting and scalability (any platform experience is valuable).
– Mentorship: Experience leading and mentoring junior developers is highly preferred.
– Front-End Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React is a plus.
Technical Skills:
– Programming Languages: C , .NET Framework (V4.5)
– Web Technologies: ASP.NET
– Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework
– Version Control: Git
– Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
