About the Role:
As a Senior React Native Full Stack Mobile Developer, you will lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android, leveraging React Native for a seamless cross-platform experience. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Your role will also focus on comprehensive testing, documentation, and continuous collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.

Full Stack Development:

• Build and manage backend services using Azure and MongoDB to support mobile applications.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Create and execute detailed test plans including unit, integration, and cross-browser testing to ensure application reliability.

Cross-Browser Compatibility:

• Conduct testing to ensure consistent performance and appearance of web-based components across browsers.

Documentation:

• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation including code comments, API guides, and development manuals.

Collaboration & Code Review:

• Work closely with fellow developers to review code, share feedback, and uphold coding standards.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for optimal speed and responsiveness.

Security and Compliance:

• Apply security best practices to protect user data and comply with data protection regulations.

Scalability and Maintenance:

• Architect scalable and maintainable systems to support growing application needs.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native.

• Full stack development experience with backend technologies including Azure and MongoDB.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong skills in unit testing, integration testing, and browser testing.

• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.

• Proven track record of writing clear technical documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience.

• Knowledge of security and data protection best practices.

Nice-to-Have:

• Total 5-6 years of overall experience in software development.
