They are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in building web applications using React and Next.js within an AWS Serverless environment.
As a Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. Your expertise will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences and driving digital initiatives forward.
What you will be doing:

Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Next.js, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and provide responsive and engaging user interfaces.

AWS Serverless Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy web applications within an AWS Serverless environment, leveraging services such as AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, and AWS DynamoDB.

Front-End Optimization: Optimize the front-end codebase for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring a smooth user experience.

State Management: Implement efficient state management using Redux or similar libraries to manage application data and state transitions.

RESTful API Integration: Integrate with RESTful APIs to fetch and update data, ensuring seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.

SSO Implementation: Experience with OAuth2 or other SSO technologies.

Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards and best practices.

Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of the application.

Scalability and Performance: Design systems and architectures that can scale to accommodate increased user loads and optimize performance bottlenecks.

Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations in web application development.

Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code collaboration and tracking changes.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other team members to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Engineer focusing on React and Next.js for web application development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.

Expertise in AWS services and serverless architecture, including AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, and AWS DynamoDB.

Knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.

Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
