About the Company:

We are hiring on behalf of our client a well-established North American organization undergoing rapid digital transformation, with its India operations headquartered in Kolkata and additional offices in Kolkata and Bangalore.

You’ll join their dynamic offshore engineering team that plays a central role in driving enterprise-wide automation across essential residential and commercial services. Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced UiPath RPA Developers with strong VB.NET skills and hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of REST API integrations, secure data handling, and UiPath Orchestrator features. You’ll be responsible for developing resilient bots that integrate with key platforms and support end-to-end business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using VB.NET for custom logic and complex workflows

• Leverage REST APIs and UiPath Integration Services to connect with enterprise platforms such as Outlook, Azure, and Salesforce

• Optimize queue management, triggers, and scheduling within UiPath Orchestrator

• Implement secure practices for handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive data

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert Process Design Documents (PDDs) into detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support for all automations

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UiPath automation development

• Deep expertise in VB.NET to build custom components and handle advanced logic within workflows

• Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST APIs

• Experience using UiPath Integration Services to connect with external systems
• must have hands-on experience in Web automation and Excel automation.

• Proven track record of secure PII data handling in automation

• Solid understanding of UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills for working with global stakeholders

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Work Schedule:

This role follows a standard India workday (Monday–Friday), with availability until noon EST preferred during the first 3 months to support onboarding and collaboration with North American stakeholders. We keep meetings purposeful and encourage async communication to ensure you have ample time for focused, uninterrupted work.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification

• Additional programming experience in C# or Python

• Familiarity with REFramework

• Experience in Agile development environments
